Judge's Comments:There is a lot I like about this painting. I love the crop of the baskets and how the colors work together gloriously. I love the jumble of crabs – I know that must have been a real challenge to paint. Most of all I love the one little claw sticking up near the top left, as if pleading for one last chance to get back in the water. Really nice. - Carol Marine
