Judge's Comments:I adore the atmosphere in this painting. The variety of colors in the sky is really amazing, all mixing in the eye to suggest either the sun going down or coming up. My favorite part is the left edge of the green sign, broken up with bits of orange – fabulous! - Carol Marine
