Judge's Comments:“Watch Out” has a successfully conceived design that makes wonderful use of the large empty yellow space. The artist has used a strong color harmony that supports the relaxed mood and cheerful setting. I find the brushwork to be full of energy; I particularly appreciate the handling of the color and saturation in the cast shadow in the foreground – including the red lining the silhouettes. - Chris Saper
